Giveaways are a great way to create a ton of interaction with your new merch announcements and create buzz, while gauging your audience's interest in your new designs. When launching new campaigns, we offer creators the option to participate in our giveaway program.

Here's how it works:

1) You use one of your social media platforms to promote the giveaway (recommended to be included in the announcement of your new merch campaign.)

2) You choose one of your community members either randomly or via a contest you hold, "Best meme in my replies below gets a free shirt".

3) Once you've chosen the lucky winner, we will give you a coupon code to pass along to the winner. They go onto our site and use the coupon for 1 free shirt from your new merch campaign.  

4) BOOM. That's it. We get all necessary information needed for the giveaway from our site and we ship out the FREE merch to the customer shortly after. Your campaign gets good exposure and engagement from your community, and one lucky community member gets some of these sickest merch they'll cop all year.

At the same rate, your community wants your merch, but they can't afford it right now. We understand. We want to get your merch into as many hands of your community as possible. That's why we offer the ability make discount codes for your campaigns. We typically make a specific code for your campaign that grants customers 10% off their purchase, but we can do even more of a discount if you think your community needs it.

All discounts amounts are covered 70% by Creators and 30% by Merch Gardens. For example:

You are selling a shirt for $24.99, but you want to offer a 20% discount code. Typically you are paid $7 for every shirt sold, but with a 20% discount the customer only pays $19.99, getting a $5 discount. 70% of the $5 discount is taken out of your commission, and we cover the remainder. So $3.50 of the creator commission is used to cover the discount, making the final payout for the creator $3.50 ($7 - $3.50 = $3.50.)

Beyond your launch, you’ll want to keep the momentum going. Look for opportunities to promote your merch on and off YouTube. Continue to feature your merch in your videos. Also, recognize your audience when you reach your sales targets.
