Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Remote, U.S. Preferred

Terms: Part-time/Full-time

Salary/Rate: $13-$17/hr

Requirements: Must be able to respectfully work with Content Creators

About Us: Merch Gardens was founded in late 2019 with the goal to provide the best merch to the best content creators. Since then, we have worked with dozens of creators to ship tens of thousands of merch items to customers in 50+ different countries! 

About the role: An Account Executive will collaborate with Content Creators that are partnered or looking to partner with Merch Gardens to create their merch stores. This will include communicating with content creators to understand their needs and visions for their upcoming merch campaigns, and working with our suppliers and team to bring those visions to life.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Collaborate effectively with Current and potential content creator partners to understand their needs for their merch campaigns

• Coordinate with Merch Gardens’ network of suppliers effectively to get quotes, samples, and merch production for our partners

• Operate Merch Gardens back-end system (Shopify) to create merch campaigns on Merch Garden’s website

• Use various software to create mock-ups, product listings, and web pages

• Explore opportunities for new potential partners for Merch Gardens

• Monitor merch campaigns and provide feedback to content creators and management

• Support operations management in order fulfillment

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

• NO SPECIFIC EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Must have organization, social, and problem solving skills

• Must be punctual and accessible

• Must have excel and word experience

• Must be able to HAVE FUN!

• Experience with account/client management a plus

• Experience with Shopify, Bigcommerce, Squarespace, Wix a plus

• Experience working with Content Creators in any capacity a HUGE plus

• Active in various communities a HUGE plus

• Graphic design & photoshop skills a plus
